1 pound Lean Ground Beef
3 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
3 Eggs
.25 cup Lentils
3 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon Cilantro
Combine Lentils with Beef, Garlic, Cilantro, Breadcrumbs, eggs and oil Shape Burgers and place on a flowered work surface Place each burger in a bag and seal cook in sous vide for 40 minutes at 123 Degrees Fry burgers to finish
