1 egg
hamburger buns
Mix egg into ground beef Use patty form to make 4x7oz patties - about 1" thick Chill until firm in freezer or fridge Season with salt and pepper Bag in a single layer Sous Vide at 135 degrees for 30-60 minutes Sear on grill for 45 seconds Flip and add cheese, sear 45 more seconds
