This Smart Wi-Fi enabled immersion circulator is designed for the professional kitchen. The innovative ‘flip-over’ design with large easy-to-use display and 1500-watt heating element combined with a powerful pump lets the Imersa Expert efficiently heat up to 50 liters for cooking larger quantities.
