The Frysta series blast freezers are designed with ease of use in mind. To get optimal functionality from your unit, remember these few important items.

To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature values on the Frysta blast freezers, press and hold the 'SET' and '-' buttons for 3 seconds until the setting changes.

While in work preparation mode, press and hold the +/- button simultaneously for 3 seconds until the temperature and time bar displays "rS". Shortly after the "rS" displays,the unit will automatically shut down. Press the Power button to boot and restore the device to the factory settings. The factory parameters are as follows: Temperature unit: ℃ Set temperature value: -18...
