Why is my V23 unresponsive?
The V23 has a sleep mode, which deactivates the buttons after 30 minutes of inactivity. To 'wake up' the V23, press either the Vac Mode or Accessories buttons. You can also reset from sleep mode by unplugging the unit for 30 seconds and re-plugging it into the outlet.
