Compact and perfectly designed for the commercial kitchen, Vesta Precision chamber vacuum sealers quickly and easily vacuum and seal with its powerful, high-quality, 1000W oil vacuum pump. The generous, sloped chamber allows for sealing soups, stews, marinades, and other foods - and is perfect for preparing foods for sous vide cooking.  This single seal bar unit will vacuum with high-speed pressure using either the Smart Vac option or customized vacuum cycle and seal times - all easily set from the beautiful, user-friendly interface for ease of use.

Comes in either 10-inch or 12-inch seal bar styles.
