Sous Vide Cranberry Sauce


PREP TIME: 15 minutes

COOK TIME: 2 hours



12 ounces fresh cranberries

½ cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp cup orange liqueur

Zest and juice of 1 orange

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp allspice

¼ tsp ground cloves



  1. Preheat water bath using immersion circulator to 175 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients to a zipper top bag or use the Vertical Vac Elite to vacuum seal all ingredients in bag.
  3. Add the bag to the water and cook for 2 hours.
  4. When finished cooking, pour contents of the bag and stir and press with a fork until mixture reaches your desired consistency.
